We deliver nationwide at a affordable cost using NZPost. Pick-ups are available at our Kihikihi location

  • RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns & refunds when;

  1. The product has sustained damaging due to the shipping courier.
  2. The product has malfunctioned and or is defect.

Unless one of the above applies, we do not accept returns or refunds for;

  1. Custom orders.

Please contact us within 3 days if you have received a damaged item, we will do our best to rectify the situation.

 

  • CUSTOM ORDERS

After you have shared your vision with us, discussed your idea and decided to go ahead.

We then require a 30% deposit on all custom orders before the crafting begins.

If you change your mind and request to cancel your custom order, you must inform us before the start date for us to be able to refund your deposit otherwise this deposit is non-refundable.

To make sure you will be 100% satisfied with the end result we will keep you updated during the whole process for any adjustments if required.

Once the product has been completed, and you are satisfied. Payment must be made in full before the goods will be delivered.
